StudentAid BC service disruption

Due to a labour dispute, StudentAid BC is experiencing delays in processing and service delivery. Online student loan application systems are currently unavailable, and payments will be delayed until normal services resume.

  • Monday, Wednesday – Friday: 9:30 am to 4 pm
  • Tuesday: 10 am to 4 pm

Enrolment Services Advising can offer assistance and advice regarding:

  • Financial planning: managing your finances or creating a financial plan
  • Financial support: scholarships, bursaries, awards, and student loans
  • Tuition and fees: your tuition assessment and payment options
  • Course registration: the registration process or course registration issues
  • Academic policies: understanding UBC regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Student records: obtaining official documents or signatures that are required from the Registrar’s office
  • General inquiries: any other questions you might have

For assistance with course and degree planning, students should contact Academic & Career Advising (all students) or Indigenous Student Advising (Self-identified First Nation, Métis, and Inuit students).
