The Tuum Est fund provides financial support for student initiatives, conferences, and competitions. Bring your initiatives to life.
Indigenous Strategic Initiatives (ISI) Fund
Help implement the ISP and advance Indigenous peoples’ human rights at UBC! Up to $4 million is available for students, faculty and staff projects across both campuses. Student-led projects are eligible for up to $50k per project.

Supports graduate students studying Community, Culture, and Global Studies in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences to travel to and present research at a conference.
Engineering Society, Student Initiative Fund
Supports undergraduate engineering students to attend conferences, networking events, workshops, competitions, or to start a personal project.
Professional Activities Fund
Supports the professional development of undergraduate engineering students through co-curricular projects and activities including competitions, conferences and field trips.
