Downloading your Confirmation of Enrolment Letter

This tutorial applies to both undergraduate and graduate students on the Okanagan campus.

A Confirmation of Enrolment Letter—also known as a Proof of Enrolment or Verification of Enrolment—is an official document showing that you are currently registered at UBC. Learn more.

Access the UBC Official Documents tool (ODMT)

Current UBC students can download Confirmation of Enrolment Letters from the UBC Official Documents tool (ODMT) directly, or can log into the ODMT through Workday:

1. Log into your Workday account at myworkday.ubc.ca.
2. Select “Student” in the navigation bar on the left.
3. Select “Academics”.
4. In the “Transcripts and Enrolment/Completion Letters” menu, click the “UBC Official Documents” link to go to the UBC Official Documents tool (ODMT).

How to download your Confirmation of Enrolment Letter

1. Select “Confirmation of Enrolment Letter” in the “Order Options” menu.
2. Select the academic session.
3. Click the “Request Letter (PDF)” button.
4. Wait a few seconds before clicking the “Generate Letter (PDF)” button.
5. Click the “PDF” icon to download.
