Save time and make the most of your appointment :
Appointments are available in-person or by phone, and can be booked one to three days in advance, depending on the time of year. New appointments are released throughout the day on a rolling basis.
Advising for your unique needs
Advisors have varying specialties and areas of expertise, and not all are equipped to support every issue or student type.
When booking an appointment, you’ll provide your year level and program — this information is used to match you with the right advisor to support you.
At most times of the year, when you’re booking an appointment you can see all available slots within the next three days (72 hours)*.
Note: during peak periods throughout the year, appointments may temporarily be released one day in advance instead of three days.
For example, if you’re checking at 9 am, you’ll see any available appointments for 9am three days* from now. If you check back at 9:30 am, more appointments will have been released for 9:30 am three days from now.
