It is your responsibility to ensure that your university exchange office sends us the following documents so that they arrive at our office by the deadline.

Program Document Notes
All programs Current academic transcripts Upload to Salesforce
All programs Official translation of academic transcripts Required only if original transcript is not in English.
All programs TOEFL score or equivalent Required only if English is not your first language (check to see if this requirement has been waived for your university).
All programs One passport-sized photo Uploaded to Salesforce
All programs Proposed-Course-Selection 2025-26 This will give us an indication of what you’d like to study here. This is not a final course selection list.
All programs Final course selection form A link will be sent to all accepted students to request your final course selection. This will happen in May 2025.
