Career workshops in the classroom
Overview
UBCO Faculty have the opportunity to incorporate career workshops into the classroom. Workshops are available in a variety of delivery methods, and involve varying levels of faculty involvement. Please view the descriptions below to decide which workshop is best for your class.
Workshops must be booked in advance. Contacting us early will allow us to tailor the workshop to your classes needs and ensure that it can be delivered with the timing that fits best for your syllabus.
To arrange a career workshop, contact the Career Development team.
Join Career Development to discuss relevant career information based on your year of study. Topics include career reflection and exploration, getting experience and building skills, and resume and cover letter basics. Bring your questions and we will help to provide resources that will enable you to act towards your goals.
