International student information session

All new international students are strongly encouraged to attend Jump Start. However, if you are an international student who is not able to attend Jump Start, we offer several information sessions during the first few weeks of classes to cover some of the important information you may have missed.
The session covers details regarding iMED and MSP (medical insurance) and provides you with essential information for your time here as a student.

During the session, you can expect to:

• Meet other international students studying at UBC’s Okanagan campus and start to build your social support network
• Learn about the services available that will help you achieve your academic, personal, and professional goals

The International Student Information Session is open to both undergraduate and graduate students.
