Our official welcome for students joining UBC's Okanagan campus in January.

January 5-30, 2026

If you’re starting your studies in January, Winter O Welcome is the best way to get to know the people, places, activities, and resources available to you at UBCO.

All new-to-UBC students are welcome, including undergraduate, graduate, exchange, and visiting research students. Best of all, most activities are completely free!

What you can expect during Winter O Welcome
