Downloading your tax forms

2025 T2202 and T4A forms will be available in the UBC Official Documents tool (ODMT) by the end of February.

Before proceeding:

  • UBC is only able to provide T2202 and T4A tax forms for the current tax year and the seven years prior.
  • If you are logging into the UBC Official Documents tool for the first time, you might have to wait 3 hours for your information to sync before you can proceed with the order.


This tutorial applies to both undergraduate and graduate students on the Okanagan campus.

Access the UBC Official Documents tool (ODMT)

Current and former UBC students can download their tax forms from the UBC Official Documents tool (ODMT). Current students can also log into the UBC Official Documents tool through Workday:

1. Log into your Workday account at myworkday.ubc.ca.

2. Select “Student” in the navigation bar on the left.

3. Select “Finances”.

4. Select “Tax Forms (T2202 and T4A)” from the top menu.

5. Click the “UBC Official Documents” link to go to the UBC Official Documents tool (ODMT), under “Student Tax Forms (T2202 and T4A)”.

How to download your tax forms

1. Select “Tax Form T2202” or “Tax Form T4A” under “Order Options”.

    • Note: The T2202 replaced the T2202A beginning with the 2019 calendar year. To download a historical T2202A (PDF) from the UBC Official Documents tool, select “Tax Form T2202”.

2. Select the tax year that you want to download using the drop-down menu.

3. Review your address under the “Tax Form Information” box to ensure it is correct.

    • Note: If you update your address in the ODMT, it will not be reflected in Workday. Learn how to update your address in Workday.

4. Select “Request Tax Form T2202 (PDF)” or “Request Tax Form T4A”.

5. Wait a few seconds before selecting the “Generate T2202 Tax Form (PDF)” or “Generate T4A Tax Form (PDF)”’. There might be a short delay while the tax form is being generated.

6. Select the “PDF” icon to download.
