Your Account Statement shows your balance and all transactions, like payments and charges, for one academic period.
Your Account Statement is available for downloading while you’re a current UBC student and can be used as your proof of tuition payment.
How to download your Account Statement
Go to your Finances App in Workday
- Log into your Workday account at myworkday.ubc.ca.
- Select “Student” in the navigation bar on the left.
- Select “Finances”.
Go to your Account Statement
- Select the “View Statement” link in the “Tuition and Fees” menu on the right.
- A pop-up window will appear. From the drop-down list, select the academic period you want to generate your Account Statement for.
- Click the “OK” button.
Download your Account Statement
- On the “View Statement” page, click the “Generate PDF” button.
- It may take a moment for the PDF to be generated. Once ready, click the download icon in the righ corner of the statement.
- Click download.
