Book the Collegia

The collegia spaces are available to be booked by ratified SUO student groups Monday – Thursday 6pm – 9pm and Fridays 4:30pm – 9pm. Booking requests must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance.

Approved uses of the Collegia by student groups include:

  • Student association/club meetings
  • Small scale association/club events

Availability

Before requesting a booking, student groups must confirm availability by reviewing the room calendars. Dates with “Free” blocks are available for booking requests.
